Since I do quite a bit of shipping out of my home, these long scissors trim plastic shipping bags in a neat & clean line, ready to seal. I am looking forward to using them at Christmas time to cut wrapping paper.

I purchased this scissors because I needed a long handle to reach areas in the garden while I was on crutches. The scissors worked fine. I have never tried them on paper.

Meant for paper, cuts quickly in one shot. I wouldn't put it to any more challenging tasks, but it is excellent for it's purpose. Made in China. Not very exacting specs, so if you get a good one that is aligned and don't get it wet, it's worth buying.
