I prefer a stiffer brush for glycerin based soaps like Col. Conk. The badger brush can sometimes lead to frustration! You can get a wonderful lather, though, with not too much work. Good, close shave with nice protection for the skin. The scents are fantastic, particularly this one (almond) and amber.
