A great masculine scent for the house of Chanel,

I bought my wife the Chanel Allure Sensual collection for her birthday and we both loved it. She has a nice collection of Chanel and I never really thought that Chanel would make a mans fragrance that would be masculine for my taste, man was I wrong.
In my small collection I have a few of (what I consider as)the the better colognes and after shaves. I usually buy both the cologne and aftershave if I like the cologne, and then add the other parts of the collection shortly afterward. In this case I was sent a 1.5oz sample of the Cologne was immediately impressed but thought there might be something wrong with me, so I asked my wife how she felt about it. She was very pleased with the scent so I bought a small bottle. After getting passed the Chanel name this has become one of my favorites, and I went on to buy the larger bottle of Cologne a 3.4 0z bottle of after shave the deodorant and the men's shower gel. This men's scent is very sweet and smells slightly spicy and very warm. It's a bit like a freshly baked cinnamon bun or raisin bread. The sweetness and warm creaminess almost makes it suitable for a woman, if there weren't already a women's version of Allure. The scent lasts all day in typical Chanel style. Good for year-round usage, but I like to use it in the fall and on summer evenings. Very likable, but not a masterpiece.
