I bought this to accessorize my Andis clippers. I cut my own hair and this is a standard size blade for my buzzcut. The ceramic component seems to do it's job and keep the metal blade cool, so no excessive heat on your skin.

Quick on and off when swapping blades.
Sharp, cool and fast take-down to 1/4in.
Has twice as many teeth as snap-on comb attachment for more consistent results, in half the time.
