I was about to start having laser hair removal done when I found this product and its reviews on Amazon and elsewhere. This product does an amazing job of decreasing razor burn and also makes for such a clean shave, hair takes a couple of days to grow back on me. Love it, so glad I found it!

This product has a high initial cost but if you use a badger brush, you don't have to use very much (a little dab). I figure a tub like this will last me a year and I shave every day. In a year, I used 4-5 cans of shaving cream gel at about $5 a can so really the cost of this versus shaving cream over the course of a year works out to be about the same. If you use this product, I also recommend the pre-shave oil and the after shave balm. It will leave your face feeling nice and smooth after a shave and you will have little to no irritation. I recommend a good badger brush to go with it as well as a DE razor but if you aren't ready to get into DE shaving, the Gillette razors work very well with this product also. In fact Proctor and Gamble (the parent company of Gillette) bought the Art of Shaving product line a few years back. This is luxurious shaving the way it was meant to be!

My husband has been using this for quite a while and he is so spoiled that nothing else will do! He uses the lavendar and loves the smell. He was once a barber so he does have knowledge from which he speaks. He uses the complete system and is a happy man.
