I need to make some things very clear straight out of the gate. If anyone has a set-up to make this product fail, it would be me. I'm in terrority in Eastern Europe whose autonomy is highly disputed, and where rolling power outages are a norm. I'm running this product, that according to many reviews doesn't even get hot enough, off of a freaking transformer from God knows what era and I don't have the proper pre wax cleansers to even prep my legs with until my personal effects arrive. IF THE PORTABLE WAXER DOESN'T WORK FOR YOU THEN YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING OR YOU HAVEN'T READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!
I have NO idea where the negative reviews come from on this product. I suppose if you don't know what you're doing and just jump into trying to use this product in lieu of a real at home waxing spa, then YES of course you're going to be disappointed.
