Pasta and cheese sauce is one of the things I've missed most while dieting. I was shocked to find the Slim Fast Alfredo sauce is really delicious. The sauce is cheesy and peppery. It tastes like real food-- not pasty, flavorless, or "diet". The portion size and 3 1/2 minute prep time are perfect for lunch at work. I grab a pasta and sauce pack, a fork, and a bowl, and I'm ready to go. Where else can you get a balanced, healthy meal that is quick, easy to carry, and delicious for around $1 a serving?!?

As a working mother of a 4 year old, I've found that dieting was almost impossible. I've been a flip-flop dieter for about 3 1/2 years now. I just didn't have time to prepare my daughter's breakfast/lunch and make something healthy for myself. I tried to do the 2 cans of Slim Fast a day with a sensible dinner, but that just didn't cut it. I would be starving by 3 p.m. So I feel off the wagon...again. I was ordering lunch everyday at work (5 days a week), and spending $6-$7. I ordered breakfast about 3 days a week at around $5. That's $50 a week! $200 a month...I mean come one, that's a car payment! LOL So I found the Slim Fast Hot Meal options (I switch them up between the shells and cheese and the fettucini) I spend around about $10 a week on breakfast and lunch (I drink a canned SF shake for breakfast)To me the convienience alone is worth the $10! And the pasta meals are definatley satisfying. I am actually starting to prefer the SF mac and cheese to the regular super high fat stuff...Read more

The wax cartridge that came with the Clean n Easy applicator was great. No problems at all. For some reason these refills are inferior. When using the same fabric strip to remove multiple layers, the wax comes off the fabric and sticks to my leg. It takes repeated passes and more fabric strips than it should, but it eventually gets the job done.
