This is a refill for a personal waxer. The recommended time for heating is 30-45 minutes. Even after an hour the mechanism does not generate enough heat to make the wax transferable to the skin. The minimal heat generated is quickly lost as soon as one attempts to use it... then you start all over again - trying to liquify the wax.
