I bought this piece for my husband and he's used a few times. The blade is not sharp enough so he has to go over and over. The motor speed is not as fast as other trimmers out. It's a great value, but this thing doesn't last long.

It is exactly what he was looking for to replace his old one that would no longer hold a charge and the blade had become dule. Most men hate change and mine is no exception to that rule. He did not like the changes Conair had made to the new trimmers and was scrutinizing the product before even trying it. Once he tried it he discovered he like the new trimmer just as well as the old if not more.

The thing I want out of that was not in the box. the description on the web said it was in the box . When I got the item the description on the box did not list it.
