Conair NE153QCS Lighted Nose and Ear Trimmer

This is the second trimmer I've purchased to replace a trimmer that's' no longer manufactured. It's much better than the one I used about four times before figuring out that it wasn't doing a good enough job. This trimmer definitely does a good enough job trimming hair without discomfort. My only wish is that it trim a tad closer and easier in hard to reach areas. The light feature really adds no or little benefit.

For the money, the trimmer works as it should. However, I question the functionality of the light. On paper it makes sense but in reality it doesn't put enough light anywhere; moreover, it only adds heat to your skin to make it more uncomfortable. I suspect it also decreases battery life so i opened the case and disconnected the light - problem solved.

Gentlemen, let me give you a some free information. The average woman is a little shorter than the average man (about 6 inches I have read), so that means that all too often we find ourselves looking up your noses. And, if there is one thing that turns many of us off, it is the sight of all sorts of hair streaming out of your nostrils! (How do some of you guys breathe?)

Anyway, I highly recommend this excellent groomer, which does an excellent job of getting rid of that unsightly nose and ear hair. It doesn't pinch or pull, and is very easy to use. I got one for the guy in my life about a year ago, and am very happy with the results. Take my advice, gentlemen, and get grooming!
