PRO'S: Great, excellent shaving tool. Performance better than expected. I purchased three-- for b-day presents for my brothers. The safety handle keeps you from dropping your razor. Then power on/off button is well-placed and a solid feel. The razor(s) arrived in a timely manner. The written and video instructions were superb; written by someone who has used the shaver, no doubt. Charging time is not unduly long. I shoot a bit of Shaver Saver on the rotating blade assembly and the initial roller blade is still cutting with no appreciable drop in performance or sharpness. Price is right for an electric razor; beats Costco pricing for their Norelco's as well. CON'S: Roller blade could stand out a bit more than the body; but then it was probably designed that way to hold it at the correct angle.

I had high hopes for this product but was extremely disappointed with its performance. As to being as fast as an electric, that is simply not true. You have to go over your face several times to get anything approaching a close shave. Since you also have to use shave cream, the spinning head makes a mess. In order to work at all, you must hold the shaver at a very awkward angle, almost parallel to your face. This last fact together with its large head makes shaving chin and mustache area virtually impossible. The final result is that even after a prolonged effort, you will receive a very uneven shave with some areas being appropriately close while other areas will be rough and feel un-shaved. The proverbial final straw was that after shaving my neck, my skin took on the appearance of raw hamburger yet still had areas that were rough and stubbly. Back to the drawing board!

Rotoshave is the best razor...electric or manual...I've ever used. Don't buy it on TV thru TriStar...buy it from Amazon or somewhere else. This is not a TV gimmick item. It's the real deal.
