I have never owned an epilator before and did not want to spend $80 for one if I was never going to use it. I gotta say, this thing works. Be prepared for a bit of pain but nothing horrible. I found that my armpits hurt the most! I am sure it just takes a couple of times to get used to the feeling. Overall really happy with this purchase, it will come in handy during the summer when I dont want to shave my bikini line every day!

I would rather go through the hassle of warming the wax on the stove and using it than using this device. What a way to spend money. I gave it to Goodwill, so future Goodwill Shoppers beware.
