I gave a 5-star rating, but really, I would rate a product like strop paste in terms of- does it work, or does it not? This stuff does. If you need it, get it.

Softens the leather, allows the leather to "grab" the bevel of the blade better. Does what it is supposed to do. One bottle will last a long time, probably for the life of the strop.

It came in a dingy looking bottle, but who really cares. This made my stop really soft, I was surprised by its performance.
