I've been self-waxing for months without any trauma and this is the only product that I've used that has managed to remove not only my hair, but my skin as well. The skin on my legs literally pealed off while waxing, leaving my entire leg red, raw, and swollen for about two days. My legs now have what can only be described as large scabs that are so painful it stings in the shower and stings if I wear leggings. I've also gotten two abscesses on my leg immediately after using this product.

I never have to use powder with the other waxes that I've tried, but this wax definitely requires it. I did one leg without powder (leaving my skin in pain and unsightly) and one leg with powder (still painful, but the leg is not as dry/scaly as the leg waxed without powder).

It gets the job done, but you have to sacrifice showing off your legs for a few weeks in order for them to heal, which, in my opinion, is tragic.
