I tried this product twice. The first time, I don't think I used enough cream (you really have to cake it on there!) so I gave it a second shot and used more. It took most of the hair off (probably about 90%) after 8 minutes of time, and it didn't burn/sting. I will say that the smell is not entirely pleasant, but definitely not as strong as some similar products.
Unfortunately, it did leave some patches of hair (seemingly at random) and in places where the hair was removed, it wasn't really smooth--almost like the very top of the roots was showing. It will likely be prickly in a day.
The soothing cream at the end is awesome though!
So 3 stars out of 5 because it did remove the hair (with ample cream) but didn't do a stellar job of it.
