I got this item super fast, seller was very good. Item arrived in excellent condition. I do like the kit, but the wax that I got I was not so crazy about. I thought it was the sugar wax (the brown one)but instead I got a tub of pink wax, which I find was harder to use. The wax is a lot stickier and just messy to use. It seemed that with the pink wax I ended up using more of the cloth strips because the wax was harder to remove and took me longer to wax myself. Overall the kit is good, but I would not recommend the pink wax, go with the sugar wax.

I bought the starter kit and it is easy to use. I don't love the wax that it came with so I am going to try another kind. I was disappointed that it did not have the wax off lotion included. Overall a good deal for the price.

Absolutely loved it..... No hassle to warm up in microwave just plug it in get back to whatever your doing once your done the wax is ready for you to use and it comes with everything you need it's been a great purchase and I will keep buying more products....
