Don't waste your money. I bought a cheaper trimmer at brookstone. It did a much better job. This thing barely cuts hair. Total bummer.

This trimmer worked really well WHEN it worked. THe attachments were great for trimming sideburns as well as handling unsightly nose hair. Unfortunately, the parts behind the curtain are cheap and flimsy. Apparently I tried TOO HARD to switch the attachments one morning and broke off the cheap piece of plastic hiding therein, rendering the unit useless. If you buy this product, be gentle. Wouldn't recommend it to somebody who has a serious hair issue.

I've only had this trimmer a few weeks, but so far it has worked fine as a nose and ear hair trimmer. And surprisingly, the light is effective and very useful. The clipper attachment, though, does not cut well at all. Have tried using it on my mustache, but its limited ability to cut quickly becomes frustrating and I reach for the scissors. If it was touted as a basic trimmer only, I'd have given it 5 stars.
