I started using Palmer's early in my pregnancy and got stretch marks on my breast at about 3 months (almost immediately after my size increased a little bit).
After that I decided to go for more expensive products, and bought Mama Mio: oil, butter, and boob tube. I've used oil and butter twice a day on my belly, breasts, and thighs (and occasionally, boob tube). I'm now 9 months pregnant and have an amazing nice belly with no stretch marks whatsoever and no new scars on my boobs (that btw got bigger for 2.5 sizes in the last months). All this time I've enjoyed using Mama Mio -- they are truly moisturizing and feel great on my skin.

This review is from: Mama Mio Tummy Rub Stretch Mark Oil, 4.1 fl oz, prevent stretch marks, safe for pregnancy (Misc.)
Stretch marks run in my family. I used this religiously with my first pregnancy and didn't get stretch marks until 10 days before the due date, when they just all popped up at once. But I never had "itchy belly" problems.
Second pregnancy I didn't use it at all, and got a lot more stretch marks and did often have an itchy belly. I probably should have used it.
Only complaint is that the oil discolored my white shirts a little.
Beautiful, delicate citrus scent.
