At first this seemed a bit expensive and I was not completely sold on the black color (still not but it works). However I needed a new handle (go figure the cheap ones that come with the blades only last 10 or so years) and I wanted a larger one with a beefy handle. This works great, the weight, the balance, all feels good in my hand and makes for a very easy shave. The handle makes as much difference as the blades.
