It really is embarrassing to write a review for this since everybody and their brother will know you have a 'stache problem (That you are trying to keep hidden) however the products works so well I figured I should since it seems to be getting some flack here on Amazon.

First off, I tried lots of other products and nothing really worked for me. Bleach, which hurt a surprising amount and did not last long, tweezing which took too long and was way painful, and the chemical gel things which irritated my skin to no end. This was a Godsend. Yes, it hurts but so does everything else. Beauty, in general, hurts so deal with it.

There are several tips I have: don't bother rubbing it between your hands to warm it up. My hands are always cold so this was not effective. Instead I put it up to my bathroom light bulbs which really got the strips warm. Also, pull the strip in the opposite direction of the hair growth. I know lots of people complain that there are not enough...Read more

I have went to a nail salon twice to wax my facial hair it was worth it but I hate the long waiting and the starring from other women like they are seeing this for the first time, the salon charges $15. I have done Electrolysis and laser hair removal but waiting for my next appointment sucks I often want to rid these hairs immediately so i trim b4 my appointments sometimes i pluck and most of the time i bleach. I prefer Bleaching and electrolysis treatments. Bleaching my upper lip is good I can barely see the hair but when i bleach my side burns and chin sometimes i can tell especially when the light or sunlight shines on my face. I have Black hair and my complexion is between pale and fair so when I bleach my hairs they look yellow so it is very noticeable when someone is up close even 4feet away.
******These wax strips are perfect for me :)******My first time using them were 3days ago. They are fragrance free which is great and they leave my skin nice and smooth. My skin is...Read more

As to previous reviews, uh duh, yeh, it hurts. What woman's regime doesn't hurt? But the minor pain is oh so worth it. What takes 30 minutes to do with repeated waxings, is done in two minutes with two quick pulls on each side of the lip. I also totally do agree with the one reviewer, what insane revelation led to a not equivalent amount of desensitizer with the strips? Make it in a gel form or something NADS. Other than that, this 38 year old would DIE without these. Coarse ugly non-feminine stache hair is GONE. Note to youngins.... my niece tried these with me (16 yr. old), not only did they hurt terribly, her face broke out in pimples/sores for a week afterwards. Perhaps these are only for the 30+ crowd.
