Over the years I've used many different shaving gels and creams. Most of them get the job done, and I have only had a slight preference for one over another. That is until I came across this Nivea shaving gel - it's probably the most effective shaving gel that I've ever tried. I've used it in conjunction with Nivea Revitalizing Face Scrub, and the result has been outstanding. I've used it for about a week now, and it has made a huge difference in terms of how smooth does my face feel after shaving.

Another thing that I appreciate about this shaving gel is its packaging. The shaving gel can release the gel very controllably and smoothly, without getting too much or too little. This too is an improvement over the standard cans.

Overall, this is a great shaving product that I would warmly recommend.

I have tried King of Shaves Sensitive Shave Gel, Neutrogena for Men Pro Smooth Shave Cream, Neutrogena for Men Skin Clearing Shave Cream, and Aveeno Therapeutic Shave Gel. While none of them is all that bad, none of them can touch the shave I get with Nivea. I get the closest, smoothest shave, all other things being equal, and there is no hint of irritation. No areas need to be soothed because nothing is irritated. I finish off with Nivea for Men Sensitive Post Shave Balm.

I use this product daily. After trying several different products, this is by far the best. This product minimizes pain due to sensitive skin.
