Product Review

Omega shaving cream encapsulates the Italian barber experience. Made by Proraso in Italy it is a high quality product and comes highly recommended. Omega shaving cream gives a slick and moisturizing shave and this really is one of the top shave creams available.

Exceptional value, extremely easy to lather, unsurpassed cushion and glide. Omega is just like Proraso, without the menthol. Easily one of the best performing soaps I have ever used, and easily outperforming soaps costing 5 times as much.

Seriously...stop reading the reviews and just buy it. You won't regret it.

There isn't really anything bad to say about this product. It lathers well with a brush, goes on slick, and stays slick long enough to use your razor. Leaves a slight tingle from the eucalyptus, I usually enjoy this feeling for a few minutes before using aftershave. Compared to some other products out there it's a relative bargain at $7-8. You won't be disapointed with this purchase.

I'm conducting an experiment. I bought both at the same time and am using them alternately to see which I like best. Proraso was a bit more expensive but maybe I could have found it cheaper with another vendor. They are both great - they produce a rich, thick lather (proraso may be a little easier to lather up, but then it isn't as firm either). They have subtle, and subtly distinct fragrances - both seem to attract women equally, though the more beautiful ones are definitely more attracted to the omega. Nevertheless, the major purpose of this experiment is to see which lasts longer - because we all want a bargain. I think maybe the firmer omega might have the edge.
