Don't be scared. This comb attachment fits the Panasonic ER224 perfectly and looks like an OEM part despite the picture being totally wrong. The picture shown is not a picture from the bottom as someone else said, it is completely the wrong picture.

I dropped my trimmer and the comb attachment broke. Super-glue didn't work, and otherwise the trimmer was in good working order. This is the correct attachment, so I ordered another for back-up. I would recommend this product.
