I used this product last night for the first time after a good traditional wet shave. It does what you expect every quality after shave to do, moisturize that skin and soothe it. It does EXACTLY that. It is very soothing and it beats any aftershave i have ever tried. It does not contain alcohol, and this is a plus for me because i have very sensitive skin. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this aftershave balm after doing a bit of research, and I am very pleased. This balm seems to do a very good job of keeping the skin on my face moisturized for a longer period of time than most aftershave balms that I have used. This aftershave balm is relatively thick (compared to some of the others I have used like Nivea, Adidas, Old Spice, and some other miscellaneous P&G products). The other balms that I have used were good, but I think this Proraso is a cut above the rest. You definitely pay for that premium, but if you don't want your skin to start showing signs of flaky dryness after 4-6 hours, this Proraso balm is your best bet.
As with any Proraso product, I feel like I use less of it per "use" than comparable products. 100ml of this balm is probably more like 133ml of another brand's aftershave balm.

This aftershave is alright. It has a very discreet smell of soap and the cream is long lasting. It also absorbes into the skin very fast so you can apply other products almost immediately.
The only similar product I've tried (except really cheap brands like Nivea or Gillette) is the aftershave gel from Biotherm. I must say I like Proraso more.
