I didn't have the other problems the other reviewer had. I had a slight problem right after I filled the cleaner and ran the machine with it foaming up and spilling a little out the sides. I did not overfill the machine. Other than that, it seems to work just as good if not better than the original cc-100 cleaner.

Tried this version, CC-100a, instead of the standard CC-100 because it is waterbased instead of mostly alcohol based and I though it might not evaporate as fast as I only clean my razor (MS-5500) every 3-4 weeks (brush it out good then run through the cleaner. This cleaner gums up and leaves a lot of residue on the cutters and foil that I have to rinse off under the faucet. Also, usually the second use it has gummed the filter enough that the solution overflows onto the counter. Stick with the original!!
