The MB-200 broke after years of use. This thing is a piece of junk though. With the MB-200 I have two complaints.

* The smallest setting with the guide on is too big.
* The click-to-move piece is plastic and can break.

With this one I have many more.

* The battery sucks, it won't last through a full trim a month after you get it.
* The comb can be sorta-on: if you miss the rail it will seem like it works before you start cutting. When you apply pressure though the comb head will shift and cut your beard down off. Make sure your trimmer comb is on the rails.
* The power of the cut on turbo, isn't up to snuff as the MB-200: they just don't make them like they used to.
* The USB power charger is a joke. USB makes for an inferior connection. The MB-200 uses like a 8 mm mono (headphone) connector. I think I could drop it connected like a cell phone with the ear buds plugged in. This I think would break if I dropped it in any way...Read more

The short review: After precisely three uses, the comb guide broke, rendering this piece of crap useless.

The long review: For any masochists out there who are considering throwing away your money on this, here's all you need to know...

It's selling features are idiotic... two cutting speeds? Like someone would actually think "gosh, I have all day today to cut my hair. I think I'll put it on the slow speed so I can make it last twice as long. How nice of Remington to give me that option!" Why would anyone ever use the Turbo feature??

Then there's the USB charging 'feature'. Cuz I know I sure want to plug my hair cutter into a computer to charge it. That makes so much sense. Maybe Toro will add that feature to their lawnmowers soon cuz it's sure to catch on!

Then there's the charging light that doesn't do anything other than indicate it's charging. Like I can't tell that I just plugged it into my computer. The light doesn't change when it's...Read more
