I had a remington shaver for 26 years before it finally died on me. I bought this remington wet/dry and it failed on me the first week. The screens at the top of the shaver tore apart cutting into me deeply. So very disapointed in the quality of this product.

I had a remington wet/dry shaver for a long time and loved it. When I dropped it and it broke I wanted another. I got this model and it is just junk.
You have to push the button in while moving the button up. If you try this in the shower it will not work because it is too slick.
There is a flap in front of the first cutting blades so they are useless and on longer hairs they will not go in the screen.
I tried it again this morning and I had to finish with my husbands shaver. It is going back!!! Don't buy this product.

Just got this shaver from Amazon and I've used it twice. It shaves incredibly close -- feels like I've just used a razor almost! Amazing, and even more amazing for the price.

And, it's true that women's shavers are never going to shave as close as an actual razor. That's just a fact. But, this shaver comes very very close!

I used to own a Remington years ago and it shaved very close too, but for some silly reason I then bought a Panasonic and oh my, I've been limping along with that for the last 2-3 years. The Panasonic didn't shave close at all, always felt like I had stubble right after the shave. How annoying.

This shaver is excellent for closeness -- my legs feel silky smooth. And I find myself wanting to use it every day just to get that smooth just-shaved feeling again. Love it!

I only dry shave with it. It might even shave closer if I used it in the shower.
