I bought this for my Merkur Progress and Parker 25mm brush. The description doesn't make it clear, but the silver bowl is included in the package. The finish is very nice and everything looks great on the counter. The only drawback is that it is smaller than I expected for something in this price range. Hanging the brush at the joint of the bristles and the handle, the tips of the bristles are at the top of the bowl. The bowl is a little small for larger brushes, but it does fit nicely at the bottom of the stand. The razor holder seems a bit short as well, but this appears deliberate to allow you to remove the razor without cutting fingers on the blade. A very long handled razor may not be secure enough.

Overall quality is good. It is perfect if you have limited space around your sink, a standard length razor handle, and a medium or smaller brush. If you have a long handled razor and/or oversized brush, it may be too small for you.

Bought this for my husband. He loves it. The only thing negative about it to me is that the razor holder is a little big but if you have a big razor that might not be a problem. The brush holder fits a wide brush also. Overall great.
