Sally Hansen EXTRA STRENGTH Creme Hair Remover for FACE

I'm not really sure as to why I only got the hair removal cream, and the collagen cream was missing from the kit. I'm currently deployed right now (USAF military member), and I ordered this merchandise via Amazon; because I ran out. I was very sure that I would received the items in full tack, and that would complete the order. I've used the product many times before while at home (USA), so I'm very pleased with the product in general; that's why I ordered. The product isn't the problem; it's the person whom sold the product? I got the kit in the mail yesterday to my deployed location. I opened the box, and wow I was so disappointed to find that there was no collagen cream. I feel like I've been taken, because I believe a person should get what they've paid for; particularly since I paid for an entire kit. But for some odd reason the kit looked very old, and used. I bought a lot of these because of my previous experience, but this time around the product was terrible; shouldn't have been called "extra strength". It also had a very bad and strong scent.
