I actually use the body cream on my face (even though it says you're not supposed to...). I wash my face, and the apply it thick enough to where I can't see skin (or at least almost that thick) and wait 5-10 minutes. It burns like no other, I'll admit that, but when I wipe it off, my skin is hair-free. I just wash my face with a mild soap afterward and apply some aloe to ease the burning.
My only real regret is that I wish the results would last longer than a week. Although from just tweezing alone, I would say that this product is a HUGE step up. It gets ALL the hair and you don't have to do it continually as new hair emerges.

It smells horrible and it did not work. I was very disappointed since I had done quite a bit of research to find a hair remover which smelled ok and was effective. This product was neither. So...I'm back to tweezing my chin and neck hairs til I find something that works!
