I already own the Whal Seniors so I wanted to see the Difference between the whal seniors and the Whal Five Star seniors. Ther both great Clippers Only difference I found was that the five stars blades are thiner that the regualr seniors. but both great clippers which ever you decided to get.

i have been a barber for over 15 years and have worked with many adjustable clippers. the one thing i love about the wahl 5 star is the fading or tapering ability of the clipper. its smooth and powerfull ,and it does pull the scalp of the client like the andis fade master. truly a 5 star clipper.

Excellent clipper. Nice sharp, crisp cut. My 2nd Wahl - 1st one is about 10 years old and still works. Only reason I bought this one was I dropped the old Wahl for about the 10th time and the side adjuster broke. I fully expect this one to last just as long, if not longer. Does run warm but nothing that's uncomfortable.
