Seems like a well-made clipper. I bought this to replace another Wahl clipper that we've had for many years. The blades on that first one were getting dull. Probably they could be sharpened, but we decided to upgrade. The new one cuts hair very well. After use, my head isn't all that attractive, but that has more to do with my genetic constitution and my wife's barbering skills.

This thing has a trimmer attached to it's base that folds up and down. Let me just say I thought that was amazing..until I turned it on. It vibrates like crazy if you don't hold it a certain way(firmly gripping it to prevent the rattle).

Also I got this NEW, yet I had 2 teeth already broken off the left side, they weren't broken off in the case because I couldn't find them anywhere so I'm just going to go out on a limb and say these were USED...yet they said NEW. But hey, it came with lots of extensions that are extremely long and I'll probably never use, 2 perfect looking comb's that I'll never use, a pair of sharp yet cheap scissors and a hair dressing bib that I will never use.

Not the Wahl I remember from years ago. Seems like everything is becoming cheap and half broken on delivery these days.

Excellent product and 5 times better than others I have had through the years.Worth every penny.
