I've been cutting my own hair for years, the last few with a Wahl 8500. They're great clippers; I've never had any trouble and, as I said, it's been years (and I have short hair so I use them often). Recently, one of the plastic guards/combs broke (the one I always use, of course). This makes it somewhat less useful. But I just called the company directly, and in less than five minutes they had completely processed my order for a replacement guard. INCREDIBLY good customer service. It'll be years before I need replacement clippers, but I'll definitely buy from Wahl when I do.

I love these clippers and have always wanted some. I always thought of these pair as the step before purchasing the Andis Masters. The Wahl Seniors are GREAT. Quiet Sharp with a nice Feel in my hand. The Temp was not too hot though my method of cutting isn't usually too time consuming.Definitely not for shaping or lining. I think these clippers are SLICK... On a different note,the pair I received that were supposed to be NEW was sent to me with a bit of Hair in the Blades and On the Body. The Oil, Guards and Brush were DEFINITELY MISSING. I received them sealed Priority Mail. Either Quick E Shop or Amazon is Really Slipping..... So the clippers are cool BUT....... BEWARE OF THE SELLER......I wont bother returning them only to maybe get something else USED for a NEW price. The KICKER is that I have other things ordered from one these places.. I hope that these things AREN'T USED...BEWARE....HOPE this helps.......

After second use this Wahl Pro Senior simply died and i was left in the middle of an haircut with a piece of junk in my hands!!! Luckly i had my wahl Peanut that finished the job!! I would never purchase from this seller again! Very poor customer service!!
