I have a used wahl clipper for approx 10 years. The senior is very simular to a regular walmart wahl, but it is better. The senior is better because the body is all metal, the armature inside is more sturdy, wahl clipper guards fit best on the senior, the blades are signicantly improved from a walmart wahl. Senior does cut better than a home clipper. I am happy with my purchase.
The only negative about this product, it over heats. I can remedy this problem by using andis kool care.

These clippers are very loud and heavy. The clips that ship with them are flimsy and terrible. I have been unable to find any aftermarket magnetic clips that fit these Wahl Seniors.

Fast clippers, do not clog. Professional grade.
Need to purchase Wahl 3173-500 Replacement Plastic Guide Combs, Set of 10 for Standard Clippers separately.
